Cloud Sync
Cloud sync keeps your data identical across all your devices. Sign in with the owner email you registered — a sign-in link will be emailed to you. Data pushes automatically a few seconds after every change and pulls when you open the app.
Google Account
Connecting Google enables Calendar sync and Google Sheets budget summaries.
Calendar
Choose which Google Calendars to show in My Calendar. Any calendar visible in your Google account can be selected here, including calendars shared from other accounts.
Material Checklist Templates
Default required-items lists for each room type. Editing here applies to all future builds (existing rooms re-evaluate at render time unless they have per-room overrides).
Trade Directory
Your subcontractors — company info, contacts, and standing documents (W9, insurance). Shared across all projects; attach them to a phase from a project's Trades tab.
Compliance Documents
Standard documents every trade must receive — OSHA requirements, PPE policy, site rules. Send them to awarded trades from a project's Trades tab; each company gets its own email with the files attached.
Team Access
Invite project managers and assign them specific projects. They'll log in via the PM Portal at this same URL.
Construction Phases
Edit the phase template used when starting new projects. Existing projects update automatically — completed steps are preserved by name when you rename items.
